CCR Formation Day: New Gender Legislation affecting Christians – Sat, 16 October
CCR Perth is holding a Formation Day at Our Lady of Mt Carmel School, 82 Collick St, Hilton, (9:30am to 5:00pm) with input from Mr James Parker on the new legislation which has already been implemented in Victoria and can be expected in WA.
This legislation will affect what we can and cannot say or do as Christians, what can appear in our websites and posters, etc. Hopefully, we’ll also have some ‘ecclesial’ input to clarify misconceptions about Church teaching on homosexuality and gender issues. I would encourage you to set aside this time. Please bring a lunch to share. Event is free but a donation box will be available.”
