If you are new to the parish or you did not otherwise participate in the June 2019 parish census or the census details you previously submitted have changed then please complete a Census / Change of Details form and place it in the box provided. The forms and box are locat-ed in the foyer of the church.
This information is necessary for the parish to better assist and support its parishioners and your co-operation will be appreciated.
